Zoëtry Casa del Mar Los Cabos

We had an incredibly relaxing time at this resort! This was our first time doing all-inclusive and we enjoyed the top service received throughout the entire weekend. We also got lucky enough to see whales from the beach and even see one breach; I would make an effort to come in January/February as this is prime whale season. Fernando and Jesus were very helpful in getting us around the premises and making sure our luggage was transported; Nelly was very accommodating in helping us upgrade our room. The food and drink quality was also great overall - some spectacular meals and some so-so meals depending on the order. We will definitely come here again in the future! 5/5

Exceeded expectations. At check in we were upgraded to honeymoon suite. From that point on everything was exceptional. It was also my birthday and once staff found out it was non stop celebration. At least 5 different cakes/desserts served over the 2 days. It was a bit overwhelming and other guests were jealous. The staff makes sure you have a exceptional experience from the concierge, the wait staff and the people behind the scenes. Food and drinks were what you would expect at high level restaurant. Bartenders give a generous pour. Make sure you go to Saltwater restaurant for dinner and have Alan make you his special coffee for dessert. It a combination of Tequila, coffee liquor and ice-cream. The creation of the dish is an entertaining production. Alan also is a great waiter and an asset to the organization. Xiomara the pool manager and Julie the customer relations manager and very visible and always checking to see if they can do any thing additional. I also need to mention Jaime the events coordinator who a few times a day would have activities you could participate in including making things, cooking hints and games. In general I would highly recommend Zoetry if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some down time.

I recently stayed at the hotel with my 11 years old daughter and I have to say the highlight of our stay was the staff. Specifically Marco at the pool. He radiates good energy and spreads it around like sunshine! Soo many activities to do . I also really enjoyed Tricia the Yoga instructor! She was absolutely lovely. We felt right at home here! Views are amazing, food was delicious and we look forward to our return!

Zoëtry Casa del Mar Los Cabos (Jan 12–19, 2026) Beautiful boutique resort with outstanding food and service. The menu is diverse and high-end, and the staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional. With only about 60 rooms, the resort feels quiet, relaxed, and never crowded — a big plus for us. The location is between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, so there isn’t much within walking distance beyond the beach. On-site activities are limited, but off-resort excursions are easy to arrange in the lobby. One small miss: the resort has beautiful tennis and pickleball courts, which weren’t advertised anywhere we saw before arriving — a great amenity that deserves more visibility. Special shout-out to Jose by the pool — new to the resort and doing an excellent job. Highly recommend if you’re looking for excellent food, service, and a peaceful, upscale stay.

Beautiful condos every single one of them have a Jacuzzi on the balcony if you get a one or two bedroom. The food is amazing. Best omelette I ever had. Only 10 minutes to a really good grocery store to stock up. Really nice kitchen too

Small, quiet hotel. Beautifuly kept grounds. Rooms are clean, we had tranquil ocean view with a balcony. Comfortable beds. Friendly service. Restaurants can benefit from some variety as they keep the same menu at all locations with two special nights: Mexican & Brazilian. But we managed to rotate through the dishes changing restaurants for different meals.

I love everything about this resort! Best beach view for whales, mobula Rays, sunrise and sunsets. Salt Water restaurant has amazing food with excellent service. And you are right by the beach. The main entrance to the resort is breathtaking. Amstar is in the lobby and books great excursions and safe transportation. New coffee shop with pasties was a great add this year. We’ll be back!

We just returned from a week at this property, and had such a wonderful holiday! Before we left; we read some of the more negative reviews, and were hesitant that we may be faced with poor service, and low quality food. I can say this was 100% not our experience. The food at both restaurants was freshly prepared, and great quality. The bars were well stocked with premium offerings and delicious cocktails. The service was friendly and attentive from all staff members. This resort got everything right. Our room was freshly stocked with drinks and snacks every day. Cleaning was completed efficiently and thoughtfully, taking into account our schedule. The gym is clean and well equipped. Pools are quiet with plenty of seating. Food and drink offerings are top tier. Oh, and don’t forget the daily sighting of whales swimming by or breaching right in front of the resort. We had an incredible vacation, and will definitely be back. Shout out to Javier, Carlos, and Cesar at Saltwater. Excellent service!!
